By using simple-ping.com, the user agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
General Rules
- A user can only monitor servers, websites, ports, that he has permission to.
- The service is offered on a best effort basis, it is reliable, but does not give any guarantees.
- If Simple Ping notices abusive usage for hacking or other, it will terminate the account.
- This is an entry level tool designed to be affordable and easy to use
Account access
- Simple Ping is a passwordless service and doesn't require a password to register.
- Login is available only through a one-time code sent by email or a saved passkey.
Ping Process
- Simple Ping uses its own checking algorithm that results in very low false positives if any
- Pings will be made from IP address: 139.144.110.98
- No user agent is included to keep destination logs light
- Pings are done from Toronto, Canada
Pricing & Payments
- Every account starts with at least a three-month free trial.
- The first billing cycle starts on the next first day of a month after the trial.
- The service costs a fixed 5$ / month and you can add up to 100 checkers
- Prices and included number of checkers are subject to change but no plans to at the moment
- A saved payment card may be deleted at any time without providing a replacement card.
- All prices are USD.
Payment security
- Payment card details are collected using Stripe Elements controls and are sent directly to Stripe; they do not pass through or get stored on Simple Ping servers.
- Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider.
- PCI DSS self-attestation: Simple Ping completed PCI DSS v4.0.1 Self-Assessment Questionnaire A (SAQ A) on September 1, 2026 and is self-attested as compliant.
- Assessment scope: E-commerce, card-not-present payments using Stripe Elements.
- Latest PCI ASV scan: PASS. Simple Ping passed its latest external vulnerability scan on August 31, 2026.
- Approved scanning vendor: ValueMentor Infosec Private Limited.
- Certificate: VM_20260831_2.
- Completed: August 31, 2026.
- Valid through: November 29, 2026.
- PCI DSS requirement: A passing ASV scan validates the external vulnerability scanning requirement of PCI DSS.
- Verification: PCI SSC Approved Scanning Vendor directory.
